I’ve been writing forever, I think. Once upon a time, I wrote a series of short tales starring a young dragon to entertain my sons with. Frizzle (the dragon) got into all sorts of things, right about the same time the boys were experiencing the same sorts of things. Funny how that works out, isn’t it? I have a handful of articles published in various magazines, as well an out-of-print novel (A Thousand Shades of Feeling) and a growing collection of speculative fiction and adventure short stories. I’ve been reading longer than I’ve been writing. In fact, some of my best memories of my younger years include coming home from our library with as many books as the librarians would let me check out. The only thing that’s changed is the size of the books. Beyond books, I love chocolate, coffee and a nice red ale. Not all at the same time of course. Too easy to make a mess of the book.
You can find me in the woods of Northern Ontario, Canada. I find the trees inspire me. It’s easy to daydream about adventures and quests when you’re surrounded by white birch, tall pines and howling wolves!
I look forward to entertaining you!
